Can't log into the support website

I keep getting login failed logging into the support website.. I can log into account on eso webpage fine but I get login failed on the support site.. I've tried changing password and everything.. Nothing is working.. I can not send in a support ticket or contact support now.. I need help with something , there is no phone number and no way to contact them now

WembleyOTG✭✭✭Did that yesterday. Have not heard back from account recovery. I get a red line saying login failed. I've tried pc and mobile. Nothing helps. I've changed my password and still does not work. The game account and forum account work. Just login fails on support login0
