I use RAT on all of my magicka toons and this skill is perfectly fine. I'll take 4 secs of major expedition over additional 2 secs of snare immunity any day.

Also, the fact that OP is complaining about how medium armor gets more mobility than everyone else tells me this thread isn't really about balance, it's just another useless "being a magicka player is so hard" QQ thread.

Agreed. On my Magplar I switch to RAT and got rid of Vampirism. Those magicka DKs were hitting me pretty damn hard.

I used Elusive Mist for awhile because it has a lot of utility and mitigates damage. But that lava whip....gotdamn...that @#$% was hurting. So I switched to RAT, and while the CC immunity isn't amazing, it still does a great job! And I like the minor force too. Plus back barring it with sword and board gives me a small damage shield.

In lag free enviornment like no cp 30 day, , 2 secs is ok. But in the CP 30 day campaign where lag is always present no matter where on is on the map lately, even extending it by 1 second would make this more reliable. I use this more for the snare immunity than expedition, as groups constantly try to cc me, yet I have to heal my team, and when it gets laggy the desync sucks as by the time the game catches up it is like I've never casted RAT. With 3 seconds, I think I would get at least 1 second of snare immunity. Hard to explain, but I think most who pvp in 30 day will get what I am saying.

I use immovables/speed and the Steed Mundus, so I really rely on RAT for snare immunity when my immovables are down. THe rest of the time I spam RAT because I am stuck in combat and have to run across the whole map.

Who have RAT on bar just for major expedition, anyway?
Important was, and all what majority mag. players wanted was snare and root immunity.
They should make one morph for 4X effect (just how it is now) and other morp should have only 4s snare immunity

Excuse useless 2s immunity because of two other effect which noone wants on RAT (because second morph is just better for it)

Whoa, don't just go assuming everyone wants to give up minor force from this morph just b/c you want a couple extra seconds of snare immunity.
