I'd suggest avoiding your bank and creating a customer support ticket.
Although, with the next patch, this issue is supposed to be fixed and all items restored.0 -

I see "we're looking into it" everywhere, not once have I seen an official comment that says "Fixed next patch." When is this so-called next patch?
I'd love to be proven wrong, because it'd be really nice to have a fully functioning bank again...

I also hate to be that guy, but without a dev tracker feature on the forums, I cannot locate the source. I'm sorry.
If you contact CS via phone, they will likely tell you the same thing. 'It's fixed in the next patch, items will be restored, if you continue having the issue please contact us again' etc etc.0 -
