So I got this email saying I won a t-shirt for the OurElderScrolls sweepstakes, but I'm not entirely sure if it's legit, and if not then how to report it since there's no custom ticket option:

As the Official Administrator for the “OurElderScrolls” Sweepstakes sponsored by Bethesda, it is our pleasure to inform you that your entry has been determined as a prize winner.
Your prize consists of the following:

Logic is telling me it's spam, and considering the person who sent me this doesn't have an email address related to Zenimax, Bethesda, etc. I might be right. But just wanted to make sure.

That is the email I got from ZoS when I won my code. It ended on January 31st. You are likely being targeted by a phishing scam, so I'd report it to ZoS right away, and NOT give your information to whoever this mardenkane is.
No, you didn't win anything. The e-mail you got was an advertisement from ZOS to buy the t-shirt. It's an e-mail that everyone got, not some sort of prize mail.
The OP actually won something in the sweepstakes.
