Will there be a standard day and time each week for Server maintenance?

it would be nice if players could plan our week with the knowledge that the game will be undergoing maintenance at a give day and time each week.
Or failing that an announcement either on the launcher or the login screen telling us when the next down time will be; with, I would hope, a decent lead time.
