All guild functionality has been temporarily disabled on the North American Megaserver. We will notify you when it has been turned back on. When guild functionality is returned, all guild-related tools and functions will be as they were before we turned them off.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Hello, I have infinite loading time after selecting a character. When I select my character and try to get in the game, the loading screen (I'm in Cyrodiil). The loading screen is infinite and no matter how long I leave it will not load.

    When were they turned off? cause prior to you turning them off I lost all my guilds and friends list? will it roll back to when I had them?

    You won't lose any of your guilds or friends...it will reappear once they reenable it. Basically, everything is still there, just hidden.

    Okay to my question what about the loading screens? every time i tried to get into pvp i had infinite loading screen

    can you PLEASE separate addon saved vars from the guild system i dont know how thier tied into it but its really annoying taking hours to setup a UI to play with and as soon as your guild system goes down or we get put on an overflow server none of our previous saved vars load :S

    Please do not tell me this is because of the guild store search tool. It is the only thing that makes the guild store bearable.

    Please fix Motes in the Moonlight quest is currently almost impossible to complete due to the NPC being bugged 99% of the time

    Oh come on. 4 out of 5 guilds have returned, but where is the other one that was my small guild of family members? Will that be restored as well?

    Yes there is an issue alright. My husband made a family/friends guild and it isn't in the list and i want that guild back please.

    I fully relaunched the game from scratch... and the missing guild seems to be back now. THANK GOD!

    Yea. I'm also not in my guild that I created and my other guilds as well. I'm not a Zeni basher by any means I know *** is buggy, but don't say its working again if it isn't. -.-

    Guild stores are not working properly for me, and I see a ton of people in zone chat saying the same.

    This guild disable/enable fixed guild issues for like 15 minutes. You can tell it's starting to come back. You guys are going to have to keep toggling guild off/on like every hour at this rate.

    ditto. ive been stuck on a load screen for hours now. multiple log attempts. still no dice. Seems everyone in cyrodill in Wabbajack is having the same issue

    Also every time I log in a message pops up in the top right saying I have joined a guild. But its one I already belong to.
    We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    New problems have arised since the guild has been turned back on.

    1. Players can change message of the day even without the rank to do so. (confirmed)
    2. Guild vault can be withdrawn from even without rank (needs to be double checked)

    Depositing anything into a guild vault or even a personal bank is slow and often glitches.
