I can't switch zones without having to quit and restart the program 5+ times. Half of the time it hangs and CTDs. The other half it sits loading to the Harborage for 20 minutes. Is this working as intended? No one seems to care.

I think everyone should get some free game time to compensate for the broken system.

Same problem here, I've been trying to load in for 2 hours, restarting the client every 20 minutes or so, and still stuck on the infinite load screen. Have not had any luck yet.

Yup, I mean my 8+ day issue hasnt been resolved... but you should get game time for your 30 minutes...

You can't automatically assume that this issue is their fault, could be a number of things in your end causing this as well. You certainly do not deserve any free game time. Welcome to an mmo. I won't respond to this again, so don't bother trolling me lol

The issue is definitely their fault as many are encountering the issue and it is the same issue that was supposedly resolved by the downtime last night. I don't see free game time, but they definitely need to take the servers down and resolve this loading issue.
