pirate skele needs is over performing and needs to be adjusted it just adds to the tank meta also all other sources of major protection need to be looked at

The set's proc itself is fine imo they should just increase the cool down so that there's a decent enough downtime while keeping the duration the same or vice versa.0 -

Because he probably fought someone wearing it and could not kill or beat them, stop asking for nerfs it isn't always just about someone wearing a specific set and also monster helmet 2 piece. If they have their champion points aligned properly and are a good player you just need to learn to get better, I'm not trying to be rude but asking to Nerf a specific set because you saw someone wearing it you had trouble with is absolutely ridiculous.2 -

Why is zos nerfing and changing tons of sets and skills after years? Every meta change brings overuse of some set or skill and the nerf-hammer requests come.

Reduced the duration of the proc from this set to 10 seconds from 12 seconds.
Increased the cooldown to 20 seconds from 15 seconds.
The Minor Defile is now Major Defile.1 -

A light armour user with pirate skele was more tanky than a heavy armour user. How was that fine.
