I thought Soul Assault got a heavy nerf. Costs more and a longer duration that leaves you more vulnerable with the potential need to cancel early.13 -

Soul Assault is even more terrible than ever. NOBODY will use it. It's worse damage than just spamming Crushing Shock + light attacks!

Looks like a pure Stamina player with fear of Magicka can become closer to Stamina.Dont you think?
Compare similar skills. Resto is a healer skill, as you need to slot a healer weapon. Vigor is an all around heal, as it´s not tied to any weapon, hence way superior to Resto, you can slot it while DPSing.

Correct.
Soul assault is worse now. They're still not factoring in damage properly given you're not weaving/canceling. It needs to account for that (maybe not perfectly, but somewhat)0 -

Actually with recent changes of healers, looks like autohealing is the way to go and healers are reduced to vet trials. At least while you play a stamina DPS party. Magicka DPSers will have a bad time for selfheal.0 -

✭TBH every post that shows how soul trap is OP do the entire build for this one dot. If you slot 7 set pieces just to buff one dot (oblivion foe, vma daggers) then it should hit hard.0 -

The game is not only about pve.
My magsorc/magnecro and mageblade slot a resto staff in pvp.

OnThaLoose✭✭✭Entropy isnt OP, and i dont think Soul trap is either, considering NO ONE is going to wear a full set that only buffs one skill, not to mention the worthless 2pc on it, AND vma daggers just to buff one skill on live. And if they do? yea, one dot will hit hard, but all 9 of their other skills will hit like a peashooter.

also vigor (the single target morph) is guaranteed on the caster 100%, RR can go to the next idiot and i spent 2.5k mag on him.
....or even better put vigor on s&b skill line with a high chance on going to the zergling next to u instead of u...lets see then how you like ur vigor3 -

2. No you can’t, that’s why you change morphs if you want to heal “other player”

Yuke✭✭✭✭✭Not sure about Vigor. Rally Hot is gone and very high weapon power stacking is gone due to nerfs to heavy armor sets (which was the main reason for 4-5k vigor ticks in PVP).
Maybe tune it down by a few percent but gutting it would be really bad idea.2 -
