HELP: Can no longer skip starter area

Was offered every time I created a new toon, to skip the starter zone, now whenever I create a toon, it doesn't.
Toon always ends up in prison cell.

Please help doing my nut in.
Yes relogged etc.

    Have you been hit with the bank bug where your bank gets reset to 60 items and you get all your preorder items in your ingame mail again?

    This is a side-effect to that. Your account 'status' gets bugged and you can no longer skip the prison.

    Thankfully it only takes like 10 minutes if you blow through it.

    Yes I have been hit by the bank bug, haven't reported it, I suppose I should, but they won't give me my gold back I spent on putting my bank bak up will they?
    And certainly don't want roll back as it happened a week ago.

    Well this is the message I got from cs after putting in a ticket.

    We are confident at this time that no slots and no items have been lost, and that we will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch. We recommend that players not purchase additional bank spaces, as they may be lost when this is fixed in an upcoming patch. If you are out of room and need to purchase more bank slots, please contact us again once this issue is resolved, and we will be happy to assist you.

    So the additional bank slots I purchased will be lost?

    And when I replied and asked about the money I invested into the bank slots, would I get that back as I have paid twice for slots, I didn't get a reply, yet first time was within 20 mins.

    I get the feeling, that a lot are going to be very unhappy with the result.

    Now had it happen again, and like someone suggested in another post, swapping to an alt should fix it, well it didnt.

    Getting stupid now, as a crafter I use all my bank space and alts as bank space, and now I am back 60 again and lost the money I paid for my last upgrade after the first bug, now I have to wait until they fix this.

    Rather than giving CS the power to help,those affected more than once.
