I made a ticket about this issue well over a month ago after buying Elsweyr and have since been stuck and unable to play on my new character, I have been told multiple times to keep a look out for patch notes to fix this issue and so far nothing has been done. I've paid nearly £30 for this exapnsion and have spent the last month stuck in the tutorial. I would just delete my character and make a new one if it didn't contain all my pre order maps and bonuses.

Are there any other players who are also stuck in the catacombs that have been unable to play the expansion that they paid for?
