I've written in here, I've sent in tickets, nothing gets a response. I pay my sub, I buy from the crown store, I've been a faithful player of Bethesda games for years now. I watched the BE3 Twitch from beginning to end, commented in it (about dragons and about all the mobile games you seem bent on releasing) I logged in and played after, I sent in tickets yet I get no acknowledgement that they've been received for review, all I can assume is that they're being ignored and deleted, maybe next time my sub is up I should ignore and delete that too....

I've been understanding and sympathetic about you guys having to deal with a quarter million people watching but to have absolutely no response at all this long after just says that the issue is being swept under the rug

great way to potentially lose a paying customer
