Ashen Scar Quest Broken (Elsweyr)

When completing the Ashen Scar quest in a group, killing the shades only counts for one player if they are too far apart. This blocks the quest progression, as killing them a second time does not trigger the quest for the second player.
Abandoning the quest is also broken; it does not reset properly and leaves the crystals in the ground from earlier in the quest.
Vastarie does not respawn to give the quest again.
@ZOS_GinaBruno please can you look into this as it leaves an area on the map uncompleteable.
