All pre-release discussion had me hoping for three so I could build one Stam & one magic DPS and use the third for testing out heals or tank. Alas, was only allowed to use the free one and purchase one new slot.

IonicKai✭✭✭✭Correct it should be 1 with the purchase of Elsweyr and 2 available in the crown store. You do have to log in and out (all the way into a character) for the first time after purchase for the slot that comes with the chapter. This matches the existing 3 possible character slots per class.0
