EU prime time is during the middle of Zos' workday. Probably more towards their mid morning.
To OP, you probably need to post the campaign. More importantly, I do not think Zos needs to join in to know about the issues. They know. After five years it is clear they are just technologically challenged to remedy the situation.

lol, like make a statement that people should stop to use hacks and macros because there is no technology out there to ease this ?
Everyone ever been on PC/EU knows that large scale sometimes works and sometimes not. Do players really think the Server has a mood ? He only computes what he getsOnce the i-win crew logs in not even NASA is able to compute this.

Well the empty campaigns won't make sense. Either vivec or sotha. (can't remember new names)

OP really does not say what they are talking about to begin with. With skills not firing and saying it has to do with prime time it would seem they are talking about the active campaigns. I do not play in the empty ones so cannot say how they perform.
But you make a good point about communication since OP has left a lot out if they are talking about actions that go on in the empty campaigns.

Wow, I did not scroll up to check the name. Figured it would be obvious to the OP that a comment concerning the details about what campaign you are speaking of would seem just as basic as which server.
