I don't know if it's the most, since I haven't played every class in depth, but it's my main and I think it's spells fit the fantasy quite well.

Can't vote for 2 but sorc and nightblade are the best polished funny and OP classes in the game right now.

Why ? because one dev plays sorc and gillamtherogue plays nightblade so don't expect them to become bad at any moment.

a few updates before i would have voted nb but right now i really get the feeling they are making all classes more or less the same. (I do not mean the damage nerf but the movement and damage while healing theme)
Ice Furnace: This item set now grants Spell Damage, rather than Weapon Damage for the 4 piece bonus

Thematically-speaking, I'd say NBs (both) and magDKs are the best-designed classes.

The NB toolkit has a very flavourful dark/blood magic theme to all 3 of its skill lines. Same can be said for magDKs, which are consistently portrayed as fire-breathing, dragon-like characters.

Contrast this to something like Magsorc. On one hand they're a lightning mage. But for some odd reason they also specialise in summoning Daedra? And also mess around with... crystals..?

Don't get me wrong, from a functional, combat standpoint, magsorc has one of the strongest and most cohesive class toolkits around. But the design themes of the individual skill lines are all over the place.

Similarly for magdens, though not as egregious. Animal Companion & Green Balance have a good nature theme going, but Winter's Embrace throws everything off with it's abrupt focus on Frost magic.

At the other end of the spectrum, some classes like Stamsorc barely have any class identity to comment on.

The mag sorc can run pretty much entirely on class skills (especially pet sorc). The Stam sorc has, well, not much really.

Even though the theme of an elemental earth/fire warrior feels somewhat off to me in the world of elder scrolls lore, I would say that the dragonknight nails the look and feel department. The only thing I didn't like is the new molten whip. It's very good don't take me wrong but it's a reskin of the spectral bow mechanic which in my opinion "betrays" the identity of the class and doesn't feel like a dk playstyle.

Purely from a functional standpoint, Nightblade and Sorcerer are hands down the most cohesive, and hence polished and complete, IMO, with Nightblade just edging Sorcerer out (though an argument can be made for Sorcerer). The kits for both classes are just the most cohesive, with almost every skill and passive working towards a particular playstyle, rather than being a mix of random semi-relevant tools.

Dragonknight is also pretty good in this regard, but I feel it needs more work to really shine. Dragonknight really pushes you into using your ultimates as much as possible to sustain, but it also pushes you into holding your ultimates for well timed burst, so it kinda just ends up pulling you in two different directions.

I actually like that dichotomy. Nature isn't just Spring and flowers, it's also death and Winter. In fact Warden loses some points for me because it only associates ice with protection and it even throws in some healing. So the idea of Winter and the cycle of nature is lost.

I also don't like the implementation of animal companions, which has a very limit amount of animals. If the devs don't want us to tame different species of animals they could at least change the species according to the alliance you play or even, if we are being ambitious, according to the race.

Honestly its between Magicka Sorc and Stamina Nightblade although I feel Stam NB has lost a lot of identity in the Elsweyr patch so I'm going with Mag Sorc.

I agree with this. I voted for DK still because even stamDK is about raw brute Force via the warrior archtype and they have identity in their kit.

Should have divided the classes between mag and stam.

Imo magdk, magsorc, stamblade, magplar healer, and warden healer are very well done. If i had to pick a class in general i'd say nb.

Sorcs can't be the most "polished" class simply based on the fact that stamsorcs have 0 class identity. Most sorc passives are useless for stam, and you only slot 1 or 2 sorcerer skills.

It's surprising that the highly anticipated Necromancer get so few votes. Is it because it is still new and not very polished mechanics wise?
