Is PC/NA Down?

    If everyone that is having the problems is on the west coast, I wonder if the issue is a connection somewhere that leads to ESO, not ESO itself since a lot of others are ok. And it seems like its not just a PC thing since there are PS4 people chiming in too.

    I have Windows 7, my husband has Windows 10. We are both having the same issues. Game worked just fine for me earlier today. Took a break to do some cleaning and came back to this mess.

    i cant even access their web page everything elder scrolls related besides this is just down, cant even go to the help page

    The only odd part of this is that from what I can tall the issue is specific to ESO and some related websites.

    West Coast, down since 5:00 p.m., exact same issues.

    At least it's on Saturday night when my guild has time to play together. Sweet.

    i can go to any other website that i can think of, i can play other games i've logged into fallout 76 the division 2 and dead by daylight which has crappy servers to begin with and not one issue

    This thread has people is claiming its a partial outage and there might be one other game effected.

    That or a node along the way from the northwest to the servers.

    Going to hit up @Ask_Spectrum on Twitter and see if they have anything specific to say.

    Yep, I'm west coast and still have the issue. I hope it's fixed by morning.

    West Coast, North California, Spectrum/Charter PC/NA. Can't log into ESO, SWTOR, or LOTRO. Looks like a Spectrum issue indeed.

    Thank you for contacting Spectrum BigBragg. I followed up on your original tweet to them, and would like to encourage others having this issue to do the same.

    I get what Spectrum said... Here's the thing though, it doesn't involve just ESO - we can't log into SWToR or LOTRO either.

    I was able to use my cellphone to submit a ticket with ZOS. More evidence that this is a Spectrum issue. Still one that ZOS needs to clear up with them. le sigh

    Spectrum had me run a traceroute, but they've not gotten back to me after i sent them the results. I'll check in when they do.

    I just tried to log on and no go. I use Charter and live over in Eastern Washington. The main ESO website won’t load as well. Forums seem to be working.

    The internet is working for everything else. I was able to log into World of Warcraft. Guess I’ll be playing that instead.

    Well. it is now 5 AM. All is still broken, for me. Also a west coast Spectrum customer. Twelve hours and counting.

    I am going to start by blaming Akamai. :neutral: This sounds like an internet issue, not a server issue. Probably some DDOS thing shut down the west coast access.
