CP is a crutch for people who can’t sustain and want to be "tanky" so they aren’t immediately punished for making mistakes.
Frost/Resto tanking is really fun.

I've been running ice/resto nightblade tank for awhile to level undaunted. Only in dungeons of course, but still there were a lot of runs, including dlc vets. No-single-comment. Nobody paid any attention that s&b is missing and tank does restoheavy attacks on regular basis. I was taunting with inner fire+surprise attack+eledrain to replace pierce armor.

I run frost/resto in trials
I like the idea, but not the choice. I'm still a staunch supporter of the Illusion staff being created and made as the de facto magicka/alternate tanking weapon, and ice damage being turned back to offensive, boosting all direct damage (whether single target or AoE), fire boosting all DoTs (whether single target or AoE), and lightning boosting all AoEs (whether direct or DoT).
Is it wierd to you or fits?

Don't want magicka fueling my blocking. I don't feel obliged to provide blockade to a group. Prefer Caltrops as a ranged ability that I can toss out to grab a big AoE initial aggro.
