Before people say "upgrade computer" 2080 ti cpu i9 overclock to 5.1 ghz. I built this machine for cyberpunk.
People saying it is a older game. Wow had a patch not to long ago that uses more cores, and it fps is much better in it. My system is not being pushed at all when i get the dips.
This is getting silly at this point.

We have asked here the ZoS take 1 90 day update cycle to work on the lag but they always refuse. idk why they cant do both, performance tuning should be part of development, but not a ZoS.
Well they cant just keep them if they arent paidbarney2525 wrote: »What I think is funny is that so many people think that there is some correlation between the issues the game performance has and the development of Expansions.
One has nothing to do with the other. There are different people working those two separate areas. You just gonna layoff the Expansion people until the Tech people fix things?
That won't speed up improvements at all.
Every piece of gold ZO$ spends on the development/expansion team to work on new stuff is gold they don't have available in the budget to fund a bug-stomp and update team.
Tell us again how it doesn't matter that they are two different teams and why you think it matters?
I play ESO on max graphical settings with no FPS loss and no lag, even in no-CP cyrodiil. Ever.
I used to have fps and stuttering issues all the time, until I got a tip from a friend; turn off your add-ons. ESPECIALLY ones that are out-of-date.
I barely use any addons at all, I specifically avoid larger or higher impact addons like Skyshards and Lorebooks (UI are the worst), and I never use an addon that is out-of-date.
Solved all my problems. I never crash or have infinite load screens, I never have FPS loss and I fight in Cyro with no lag. Been this way since pre-Morrowind.

A solution has been offered. If you're unwilling to even attempt fixing the problem, it undermines the validity of your complaint.
Enjoy your poor performance, then.

Ill never understand why some people are so dense that they dont comprehend the distribution of funds is what makes the real difference. Sure they may be two teams but if one is getting all the money and personnel

And I am sure that you have Facts and Data to support the accusation that Zos is denying money and personnel toward the service/maintenance and is under staffing that area, but is over staffing R & D and over paying them as well.
Certainly wouldn't be just some idea someone picked out of the air.
stop crying seriously. I may get my post deleted by a mod because it adds nothing useful to this discussion but your post adds nothing useful to this forum.

Lol youve got to be *** kidding me with this *** right? You cant be tbis desperate to whiteknight a company that you want to pretend they dont dedicate more resources to making more money than they do to profitless bug fixing.

<snip>
If you use an Nvidia GPU you can still play at 1440p (maybe AMD too, but I wouldn't know for sure). Just enable DSR in the Nvidia control panel.Mannix1958 wrote: »rager82b14_ESO wrote: »I run at 1440p do you run at 1080?
There it is...good call. No...lower...my monitor would not support 1440p

People Quit because of bugs. People don't Quit because of Expansions.
When people Quit Zos loses ALL potential revenue from that source. Therefore fixing Bugs IS the top priority, not just here but in Any game.
Stop inventing things please. You are welcome to your Opinion but the least you can do is be honest and state it as your opinion. Nothing you said was researched and verified as Fact.

CP is a crutch for people who can’t sustain and want to be "tanky" so they aren’t immediately punished for making mistakes.

Runs fantastic on Xbox One X. Then again, games are actually you know, optimized and such. You heathens just get whatever whenever wherever and pray for the best.

Well, it seems SOMEONE may have been playing this game too long if they think the currency we use is Gold.
That aside, the budget is only a part of any issue. The budget is determined AFTER a project is laid out and the number of people required for said project is determined.
Why would anyone think that if you have one server, adding People to stand around and nod their heads would improve anything? You sound like you think this is a physical issue. Like picking up a large object. Get more people and you can complete the job faster.
Guess what. It doesn't work that way. If you have One server there is an optimum number of people that work on it. Hiring any more does literally no good. That just stand around and nod their heads in agreement with what others are doing. Throwing more money at them does nothing. You could increase the salaries of the the group and nothing would change. Removing the people from an entirely different project does Nothing.
People need to quit thinking that there are Simple answers and that Zos, for some reason, does not want these issues fixed. I am absolutely convinced that Zos wants every aspect of the game to run smoothly with no problems for anyone.
