running across an easel/ paints and a stool and a small picnic in the middle of nowhere overlooking a sea scape, perfect for a painting. charming!

and seeing a bright red box sitting on the ground at a recently captured mill in cyrod... all the other players were swarming it too, it didnt do anything for me. still confuzzled at what it was

oh, and I still enjoy the "hi" and "hello" or the rude remarks NPCs give you as you walk by. and one time i was stealthed in cyro at an inn to read the map and figure out what to do next and this npc shows up and tsks tsks me and says how he is putting in glaze over the windows to keep snoops out"

Anyway, on topic! I finally found The Old Slaughterfish's book on fishing in game

There's also an NPC outside of Daggerfall playing a lute, which tons of music instruments all around him. If you ask him if they're for sell (it looks like a merchant tent) he scolds you about how long they took to craft and how he'd never sell them.

That bright red box... Was it longer than it was wide? With the word 'Missing' written all over it in white?

If so, it was probably a missing asset that they didn't get to before launch. Ironically, they make them bright red and ostentatious to keep them from missing them before launch :P

Small side quest in Alik'r.

Dog leads you to some bones and you put them together.

Turns out it's a guy who got himself "enchanted" so he could live forever because he didn't want to leave his dog behind ..... and then had his dog enchanted so they could both live forever.

I chuckled.

my best moment so far was when i wanted to join an npc guild and my second initiation quest was "go catch a live frog and eat it !!!!" i was like O.o first and then she finishes of with a "oh and dont worry about the effects.... they will eventually where off" i was like DUDE !!! SCREW SKOOMA GIEF FROG NAUW !!!

I take it back, I've found the new coolest thing ever. In Malabal Tor, there's a crafting station area with a bunch of friendly senche that have names like "Treethane Scratchbelly". They are my favorite.

Also in Coldharbour, when we need to save Stibbons, he recommends us to relax in the bath. The "/sit" command actually allows us to do that

In Deeshan, I wiped out a host of wasps. Suddenly a little wasp started following me all over the map. It was like "your my Mommy since you killed my mommy". Nice touch.

Talking to Crafty Leria in Stros M’Kai. At first she`s just wearing a simple disguise. Then every time you find her, she's hidden as something more extravagent. The last time you look for her she's disguised as a.... fern. "bet you didn't expect that!" -well no can't say I did haha

I don't want to give away spoilers so I will leave names out, but my fav "discovery" was all the way back in July in my first beta. There is an NPC who has a body part ate by a wild animal, and I always remember thinking it was funny that body part was always still visible.

Anyway after saving him and some friends of his I crossed paths again with him and he was happily in love and eager to introduce me to his bf, a soldier of a very different race. They fell in love during the battles that followed and I remember thinking how sweet it was, and refreshing to see in the game.

You posted this over 2 weeks ago, and people are still doing it - if you go there now and point yourself in the direction of that ledge there is often someone dead on the ground underneath there. No I do not have a petty soul gem to rez you. Not for that, anyway!

Guilty as charged! But not there. I had to jump out of a guard tower. Later my bf tried out the game. And he jumped to his death in the same place. There is just something about jumping from high places in ESO. I just make sure to do it naked from now on.

It was also an awesome discovery last night, I climbed to the top of a volcano in Stonefalls, and then decided to ride the lava flow like a water slide. That did not kill me. But the lava at the bottom did!

All time best moment my wife and I had experienced whilst gaming in ESO, was actually when a chest got snaked from us by another player. (By snaked I mean, that I had unlocked it and couldn't loot all of it due to a full inventory)

I mouthed off in /say, that it was poor form - next thing I know I get a mail with what was in the chest and an apology from the player that was just running around looting everything and didn't realize he'd done that.

Restored my faith that there are still decent strangers in gaming when the majority of what you see and hear of is always in a negative light

In Betnikh, over by the Orc Hunter camp, there's a shipwreck. Apparently, there was a stowaway on board, hiding in a barrel. Now, there's just a skeleton in a barrel washed up on shore.
