So my alt account that's broken also happens to be the account that I use for holding trade guild officerships, and it has an officer position in 4 different trade guilds. @mis7up and @karmar2008 hold officer (or GM) positions in multiple trade guilds as well.

Might just be a coincidence, but hmm...

Well crap. Can Support edit those guild permission settings from their end? If not, then there's no active accounts with which I can unhoist my petard...

Whenever a friend of mine tries to log onto their account, they enter a loading screen and 5 seconds later get 'kicked for spamming messages too fast'.
- This happens every time, for all characters.

WE FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!!!!
So here's what we learned.

So we learned that it is the application permissions.

@code256 asked me to demote him in TMR the one account, so I did so. He logged in completely. Now he's still an officer with the permission in still 3 accounts to add applications.

So my husband demoted me in GGG on my main account to a rank of officer that does not have permissions to accept applications. I logged in completely into the game. I'm still in a GM permission for applications and 3 other officer ranks that can as well accept applications.

SO it's in the Guild Finder stuff for allowing the GM's to allow the officers to accept. And the reason now, we tested it after I got in the 1st time. We then ranked me up while the permissions were the same and I logged out to character screen and tried twice more and I had a Error 318 but as soon as my husband took the permissions for the applications, I was right back in the game. Sooooo there ya go....please send @code256 @code65536 a big huge TY and for him helping figure it out ^.^ and a little something something as a huge ty ^.^ He is our go to for everything and his add-on's rock

Once we learned this we told my officer @karmar2008 and she was able to log back into game...

Sooo now about those daily rewards I missed for the last 3 days ^.^

Trying this as we speak, I will confirm if it works shortly

Further testing
The issue occurs after the 5th guild with permissions for myself, my friend, and another major trader. It therefore appears that having permission to accept invites in FIVE guilds 'seems' to be the problem

Yes, while a member of the Escalate team was following a hunch in a response to me, I posted my correspondence with my officers in my discord channel and that's how @code65536 tested it he was in 5 guilds but only 4 guilds had admin rights being an officer, but was his alt account and not main. Mine was my main, so I was a GM on that account and had admin roles in 4 other guilds, (1GM role, 2 officer roles in my own guilds and 2 in my husbands....we have 5 guilds together). SO as soon as we dropped code down to 3 admin roles and myself down to 1GM 3 admin roles, poof...problem was lifted. We then into all 5 of our guilds personally on each of our accounts and took off the manage applications and manage blacklists and then yes officers that were afflicted just like myself, code you and my officer karmar, were all able to get back into gear. All it is right now is a getting on your account you gm and removing the check marks off those 2 abilities in the roles that you assigned in the admin/officer/delegate in your guilds permissions. I've had no further problems with any of my accounts and/or with any officers having this issue repeated since we got it figured out.

So now that we know officially where the issue is at hand, hopefully ZOS can isolate glitch and fix it to work the way it was intended for us GMs having our officers help in this aspect. ^.^
