    I will post what I go thur to get a refund as I believe those of us that want one deserve it..I have it in the works on my end as I have been ignored for to long..If ya have to pay the service fee like I will make sure to contact the BBB as I will on Monday..My sig says it all..IF we cant get a refund well then it wont be long b4 they feel the cancelation of the monthly fees..I bet its why we aren't getting a response..But once banks go after them it will be a story for all of us GAMERS to share with the world..NOT FANBOYS...GAMERS

Claiming to have knowledge about 'this and that' whining like little kids and constantly posting the same complaints, yelling that people 'are fanboys (oh sorry, fagboys)', because they have a different opinion (which they conveyed rather politely at the start), its all because the two of you have some bad experiences. I'm guessing you never had to learn from overcoming obstacles in life, cause the amount of whining is incredible. Learn to be patient; you cant say you are patient when the game has only been launched for a week or so. Go live your lifes, if you have those that is...

    I can't play the game, haven't been able to for a week. I upgraded my CPU, mobo, hard drives, essentially a new PC since early access for streaming and video recording. However now I need to authenticate my machine and I do not receive emails at all from ZOS, and I'm not willing to change my email on the account (I've heard it works but you need to submit a ticket). As I specifically created an email free from spam and the such for signing up with this game.

    I'm unable to play and I'm sorta okay with that, I mean I do want to play, I am a guild leader and all, and I'm sure my hirelings are running havok with my mail, but I still have Eve online and over 400 gigs of steam games I can play.

    In a game, you paid for and you are paying sub for. the worse thing besides you downing the server in primetime.No even worse. is Rollbacks. Of banks, chars and quests.

    Well if you read the last patch notes, there were massive amounts of quest bug fixes, so to say that they arent doing anything about it, seems a little far fetched. Like all those games you listed all share the same problem. Do they just do a half attempt to be put a fix in FAST, risking more damage or do they take their time and fix these things in a safe amoutn of time.

    We all know if they went for the quick fix option, this forum will be full of "they broke X now, worse game ever"

    I have pretty much played the same list of games as you have, I remember pretty much all of them had days/weeks like this. I could play WoW for the first four days without roll backs and losses. My first week on EQ2 was truly horrid, yet I went on to play it (still) for ten years.

    Almost all MMO' have these, hell even solo games like Diablo III and Simcity have them as well. In a perfect world they wouldnt exist, sadly we are in this one, where a game launch weeks are about holding your breath and treading water.

    but on a funny side name one ES game that wasnt launch with ground break bugs, god knows most recently even Skyrim was riddled with them.

    FYI, I have already registered a BBB complaint and it was accepted today.

    Also for those of you who dont think the BBB is worth anything, try getting a business loan with a low BBB score.

    The Elder Scrolls Online Team as you see dedicated and open ended responses is all im getting..I even have a lawer looking into time stamps/as well as not filling product expections of a purchased product..I have also filed with the BBB as well as meta scores and my bank..THERE dedicated team is still not a team of anything to make me happy..AS long as I have internet I will be heard..The game has been removed as I got it digital and will not have there product ever again do me wrong..If I don't get a full refund I will get a some of it as my bank already as started to take action.I don't speak to just speak..I speak to be heard..The BBB has several ways of dealing with companys that false advertise the product that they peddle..Lets see how far they make a costumer go to get ther money back for a lemon they sell you
