First. When you mail support in game, its called ´I need help with (quest,npc and so on) ´ Yet most of the cases they don´t even bother reading it but will just give you a standard reply.
Good Example of this, I had a bug in game, where i got stuck after loading in, I was invis, i couldnt move,use items, use /stuck, i tried to relog, restart the entire game.
I wrote to you. Your Response. Try to use / stuck, I had mentioned i had done this 3 times.

There are so many quests partly bugged, and some completely broken. Yet you don´t seem to do anything about it, would it be such a big task to simply make this quests unable to take?. til you finallly get off your butts and fix it?.
In a game, you paid for and you are paying sub for. the worse thing besides you downing the server in primetime.No even worse. is Rollbacks. Of banks, chars and quests.
This game seemed to have so much beta´ testing i wonder how you guys can release a half done game in this manner. and sitting idle while people stopped at progressing,
lastly, Why isnt there a forum purely for bugged quests? so people do not waste time.
This forum is oddly set up and even worse in manner of use, but still.
Again I do really enjoy the game.. But i played DAoC,WoW,EQ2,WHO,Rift,TSW and Gw2.
and the support you been giving out has to been the worse. I do fully understand both bugs and problems, If the company atleast will do something about it. (TSW had maxium 30 mins wait for a GM to help out, with quest issule and so on.) here you can wait 2 days to get a standard mail response.
Wow uses automated responses too their friend. I myself was bugged on a quest preventing me from doing dailies in that area, I had to wait a month and send in 5 tickets because their automated response thought I was asking for quest help, so it directed me to WoWhead. Zos isn't the only one using automated responses, and with how many issues are coming in daily do you honestly think they have that many people to read all these tickets by hand? Usually your best bet is to avoid using keywords that flip off their automated system, with the issue I had with WoW, I started with I need someone to actually read my ticket, I've been stuck on this for a month, before someone human responded.

We are making this effort for ZoS to wake up and improve their service before people start leaving one by one. We love this game that's why we want zos to open their eyes and see what the peopel want.
You cannot justify their poor service by stating another company's poor service. Its like complaining your food is undercooked and the chef tells you that it is fine because other restaurants also give undercooked food

Waiting in line on banks is different because while waiting in line, you are assured that once it is your turn, you will get the services they offered without problem.
Here it is like waiting for something you are not being assure.
In your case, like what you said in the bank,
It is like you are waiting in line to do your money transactions but without the assurance that your money will be safe or clean.

Don't just assume they aren't working on anything, thats an idiotic way to approach things, that would be like going into a mcdonalds during rush hour and assume because your burger is taking more than 5 minutes that they decided to take your money and then ignore you. They are most likely, common sense tells me this, that thing so many people lack, working hard on all these bugs. They use a more unique questing system, with everything being an event like thing but not personalized like Wow, and other MMO's so when you got 20 people all running the same quest but only a few seconds behind each other in a system that tries to be open to everyone, you're going to hit a few snags. I mean honestly, has anyone experienced an MMO launch before? They don't go smooth, and when they have unexpected volumes of players, they have even more issues.
