    lastly, Why isnt there a forum purely for bugged quests? so people do not waste time.
    This forum is oddly set up and even worse in manner of use, but still.

    Again I do really enjoy the game.. But i played DAoC,WoW,EQ2,WHO,Rift,TSW and Gw2.
    and the support you been giving out has to been the worse. I do fully understand both bugs and problems, If the company atleast will do something about it. (TSW had maxium 30 mins wait for a GM to help out, with quest issule and so on.) here you can wait 2 days to get a standard mail response.


    Wow uses automated responses too their friend. I myself was bugged on a quest preventing me from doing dailies in that area, I had to wait a month and send in 5 tickets because their automated response thought I was asking for quest help, so it directed me to WoWhead. Zos isn't the only one using automated responses, and with how many issues are coming in daily do you honestly think they have that many people to read all these tickets by hand? Usually your best bet is to avoid using keywords that flip off their automated system, with the issue I had with WoW, I started with I need someone to actually read my ticket, I've been stuck on this for a month, before someone human responded.
    So should this game follow there mistakes? and to even make a excuse for bad support well just isn't right in any way or form..You either work for them or you haven't lost all your progress and been ignored for 6 days..This game even if it was buy for 80 and no sub wold be shelfed for awhile as it is the farthest from playable out side of a aoe hurry im cool and vet 10..You wont be here after your 30 days either...This game is not worth a excuse..There is a lot of people looking for a job that would make me happier then who they have now..REFUND STILL WAITING FOR IT

    Ignore the white knight. Clearly he doesnt know what he is saying at all. Comparing blizzard to zos. Lol! This thread isnt about which sucks more. This thread is about bringing change. This thread is about making improvements.

    We are making this effort for ZoS to wake up and improve their service before people start leaving one by one. We love this game that's why we want zos to open their eyes and see what the peopel want.

    You cannot justify their poor service by stating another company's poor service. Its like complaining your food is undercooked and the chef tells you that it is fine because other restaurants also give undercooked food

    yea they will see it takes for them to make me happy, not the other way around..Alot of companies these days go off box sales and hope it keeps them afloat long enough to fix things..This is the reason so many companies fail now..WE aren't in 2002 where we have to put up with crap..There is so many games I can play free and if they make ME yea ME happy I will sub or throw some cash at them..( I payed for 3 accounts of eq1 for 12 yrs).No more is the I have to deal with crap ..This PR is by far the worst yes the worst I ever have dealt with..Yea in 1999 march 9th it may have been ok to deal with a company trying to get there service right, but its 2014 there is no excuse for this PR/billing or well anything..I give credit only to the makers as it is a great game that your PR is sinking..

    God damn it people, the game has literally been out a week. going by official launch date. I demand one of you show me proof of any MMO that has launched with this weird Utopianesque perfect release you all demand from ZOS. Lets say roughly they have a million players already. Each player submitting tickets daily, even more than one ticket per person, You NEED a system that is automated to handle that, you can't hire one CS person per 5, 10, even 20 customers. Also this concept that because they don't reply to you, because they don't give you this little wink and smile acknowledgement, that they are fixing your specifically stated issue, automatically means that they decided to give you the big FU we don't care attitude is full blown ***. The company would have to be staffed entirely by the mentally deficient to function the way people think they do, no one would spent as much as they did making the game, only to make a quick profit and then close the doors and go "Well F those guys HA HA what a bunch of suckers" It wouldn't just kill ZOS, it'd kill bethesda, who despite not making the game is the parent company.

    I'm not even white knighting, I'm severely face-palming at the ignorance of people who expect a bug free, instant CS, care free MMO experience, within it's first week of officially being released. I mean has common sense literally gone the way of the dodo? I'm not justifying their poor service based on blizzard poor service, I'm point out that a game that launched 10 years ago, a company at least twice the size, a game that should be fully smooth, not in it's first week, has many of the same flaws that you guys are tearing a much smaller, most likely overwhelmed company apart about.

    I can't even play, I recently upgraded my PC and I don't receive my emails for the code. I don't rage about it, I'm an adult, I'm a consumer. I was there for the launch of WoW, I was there for the launch of SWTOR, DDO, many others. I didn't expect it to be the best game ever, right out of the gate. I have years of experience telling me to just sit back and wait, and I'm patient enough to do so. Yes I spent money, infact I pre ordered the physical collector's edition, so I've dropped more money than most, but at the same time like I said, I understand that crap doesn't always work 100% and having worked in the customer service industry in my life, I understand that screaming, threatening and generally being pissed off, doesn't help me, or them get things right.

    Your future company with this attude will epically fail..IF you haven't got charged early by billing great ...if your quest all work great.If you didn't lose 30 bank slots and had to play hide the pickle between alts great..If you didn't have to wait for a response to your problem for 6 days and got a day code ..well great ..WTH are you doing here if you are so freaking happy?

    Well as I said, I can't play, haven't been able to this whole week since upgrading my PC. I had many quests that were bugged, I reported them and found other quests to level off of. I did get charged early, but then I got refunded after waiting patiently. I didn't lose my bank, but speaking of having to wait 6 days.. I made this account, the one I use for beta, but had to make a whole new account to play beta with because I never received my account activation email, in fact I didn't get this account (with the name I've used for years, that being my screename) Untill just before launch, after making a ticket that simply said, I need someone to actually read my ticket, I am unable to make my account I am not receiving my email.

    As I said, getting mad doesn't solve things, I don't know why people think not being civil, and just getting frustrated right away is the real answer to all of life's issues.

    I'm here because I've had my share of issues, I'm just not one to jump on the hood of a car and make demands over it.

    I agree with most of the things said in this thread. Every argument has truth to it, even that of @DBHAShadow‌ in some ways. But...If they do what you ask and fire all of support, all of the devs, etc. then you'll be waiting more than a week for a reply to your issues. If you're at the point where you want totally new management, maybe you should shelf the game until that's happened. As far as I can tell, ZOS has no plans of changing the way they do things. No matter how much we rage here, they will either not respond to us or simply call the thread "not constructive" and close it. Speaking from personal experience here.

    In my case atleast, ive tried the patient approach. But all of us have our own limits.

    In my example, ive been trying to talk to their cs for about a week now and got 4 replies. All 4 responses are almost identical despite me saying it doesnt work and my problem isnt related to their solutions.

    1 or 2 replies is fine, but 4 replies stating the same idea gives me the impression of talking to a brick wall.

    But making excuses for them gets nothing at all but a fanboy remark..I am sorry you well cant play but you making an excuse for this is well outdated..I don't pay to make excuses for a company that ignores its fanbase..You may iover see it as a they will fix it..Me that's what beta is for,It isn't what I pay for(work around main story quest and learn german eek I will sell you my new stick figure game). I will not pay for a half assed product with even worse support..You do know there is people out there that would dream of the chance to make me and a few hundred thousand people and there 15 dollars amonth..HAPPY,<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

So many people are experiencing issues IN GAME that they then write tickets that go to their CS that slow them down. How hard of a concept is that to grasp?     ok so GAME BREAKING bugs that have loads of reports should be excused because it is a 2 year old game yea get your facts staright and see the beta reports..These are not new issues CHAMP..     How dense can you get? My friend, if i were you i would go back to school and study the proper meaning of programmer, developer, and customer reps. before i go to forums and start posting.

    Do us a favor and stop embarassing yourself please.

    Customer reps are there to interact with their customers. Devs and programmers are there to fix the issues and bugs.

    Now, customer reps are like the middle guys. They talk to the customers and hear their concerns and tell it to the devs.

    The devs are the ones who are fixing the game not them. The devs and programmers are the ones connected to the game not the customer representatives. Now if you still do not understand this, please stop posting as your every post only makes people reading it think less of you.

    Cs are there for the sole purpose of hearing the customer's complaint only. Its really a simple job. But I guess ZOS is too cheap to invest in their cs.

    7 days and still waiting on refund..OOO loads of surveys and pasted remarks..O and that we are passionate to help you email.. lolol not one response to my refund request as they are trying to delay the timeline..BUT they forget messing with there time stamps will still have me go thur my bank and pay a 22 dollar services fee..So I will save 60 bucks and a lesson to never support the team behind this game..I don't lose no matter what..I will still play my xbone 1 and ps slow(4) as well as the 72 steam games and well shoot so many mmo's I throw money at..You will be here waiting to be right

    Every ticket that gets submitted, because of a bug, that a developer is hard at work fixing, has to be dealt with by a god damn CS agent. Just because developers fix bugs, doesn't mean developers answer your tickets about bugs. Tickets about bugs? Handled by CS, tickets about any ingame issues? Handled by CS, tickets about billing, account issues? handled by CS Seriously, did your synapses stop firing when you typed your response. CS is bogged down by all the issues right now, they have to deal with EVERYTHING, from in game to account.

    WOW really.If my bank didn't give me the support I expect I would go to the other 50 banks to see if they will like I do with games..You want my bus I don't have to put up with crap..WHY I PAY THEM..You know that saying the customer is always right? That saying is only true because they pay and you want the money, not because you agree its call buss ethics..Go back to school.I mean I cant spell great but I know when I want to support a good PR/game and a bad one

    Waiting in line on banks is different because while waiting in line, you are assured that once it is your turn, you will get the services they offered without problem.

    Here it is like waiting for something you are not being assure.

    In your case, like what you said in the bank,

    It is like you are waiting in line to do your money transactions but without the assurance that your money will be safe or clean.

    So yes. That would definitely make me switch banks

    Again I do really enjoy the game.. But i played DAoC,WoW,EQ2,WHO,Rift,TSW and Gw2.
    and the support you been giving out has to been the worse. I do fully understand both bugs and problems, If the company atleast will do something about it. (TSW had maxium 30 mins wait for a GM to help out, with quest issule and so on.) here you can wait 2 days to get a standard mail response.


    Wow uses automated responses too their friend. I myself was bugged on a quest preventing me from doing dailies in that area, I had to wait a month and send in 5 tickets because their automated response thought I was asking for quest help, so it directed me to WoWhead. Zos isn't the only one using automated responses, and with how many issues are coming in daily do you honestly think they have that many people to read all these tickets by hand? Usually your best bet is to avoid using keywords that flip off their automated system, with the issue I had with WoW, I started with I need someone to actually read my ticket, I've been stuck on this for a month, before someone human responded.

    Don't just assume they aren't working on anything, thats an idiotic way to approach things, that would be like going into a mcdonalds during rush hour and assume because your burger is taking more than 5 minutes that they decided to take your money and then ignore you. They are most likely, common sense tells me this, that thing so many people lack, working hard on all these bugs. They use a more unique questing system, with everything being an event like thing but not personalized like Wow, and other MMO's so when you got 20 people all running the same quest but only a few seconds behind each other in a system that tries to be open to everyone, you're going to hit a few snags. I mean honestly, has anyone experienced an MMO launch before? They don't go smooth, and when they have unexpected volumes of players, they have even more issues.
