Thanks... I'm ESO plus and I didn't buy any other upgrade (hence still at 60 slots), so I'm assuming it's a bug. I just wanted to make sure before I reported it.

Happened to me too. Asked about it here, somebody said they got their upgrade like normal.

But I did not get mine and had purposely not bought one because I knew the upgrade was coming at level 7.

Pretty sure the icon and description at level 7 was there too

But it did not apply. was still at 60

Eso plus doesn't affect backpack space though so I'm confused about your point.

And I think you missed mine. Ever since the backpack upgrade was added to the leveling up (at 7th level ), EVERY TIME I have had a new character hit level 7, the backpack upgrades from 60 to 70. The only times it didn't, was when I already Bought the 60 to 70 upgrade from the bag seller. I was testing to see if it simply added 10 slots or was set at a specific spot. Could save a lot of money if I bought 60 - 70 and 70 - 80 if it would give me 80 - 90 free.

It doesn't. It gives you an upgrade from 60 to 70. Period. If you already bought it, you don't get any more.

So ALL my new characters, I plan on this. I leave them at 60. And we are talking at least 30 new characters (sad but true) since they started adding these gifts to leveling up. All of them hit level 7 and the backpack goes from 60 to 70.

This is Fact. This is what has happened over a long period of time.

Until today.

So I made the post to see if it was an intentional change or if it was a BUG.

Seems like it's a bug.

Hope that clears this up.

Per Gina in the other thread, this was moved to Lvl 12 reward.

Your question was not obvious either. I am guessing you are talking about the level up rewards. I cannot recall if I received that or not and since I rarely level up a new character would not have paid attention if they even changed it.

It was obvious to anyone who has experienced level up rewards more than once.
