Bag Space Upgrade?

Did they do away with the bag space upgrade at level 7? I'm level 8 and still have 60 backpack slots.

Your question was not obvious either. I am guessing you are talking about the level up rewards. I cannot recall if I received that or not and since I rarely level up a new character would not have paid attention if they even changed it.

✭✭✭Happened to me too. Asked about it here, somebody said they got their upgrade like normal.
But I did not get mine and had purposely not bought one because I knew the upgrade was coming at level 7.
Pretty sure the icon and description at level 7 was there too
But it did not apply. was still at 60

✭You missed my point. You don't get a level upgrade from 30 to 40, because you already bought an upgrade to 60 as part of ESO+. You don't get another. It's not a bug, it's intended that way.

ESO+ has no effect on bag space... It doubles bank space though. And it also does not count for anything outside of ESO+. It's not like a guy with 200 slots because of ESO+ has to pay for an upgrade like he is getting 210 and not 110.
Last time I was leveling a character that free bag update was indeed there. Only works for your first upgrade of course. So I would recommend creating a ticket if you didn't get it.1 -

And I think you missed mine. Ever since the backpack upgrade was added to the leveling up (at 7th level ), EVERY TIME I have had a new character hit level 7, the backpack upgrades from 60 to 70. The only times it didn't, was when I already Bought the 60 to 70 upgrade from the bag seller. I was testing to see if it simply added 10 slots or was set at a specific spot. Could save a lot of money if I bought 60 - 70 and 70 - 80 if it would give me 80 - 90 free.
It doesn't. It gives you an upgrade from 60 to 70. Period. If you already bought it, you don't get any more.
So ALL my new characters, I plan on this. I leave them at 60. And we are talking at least 30 new characters (sad but true) since they started adding these gifts to leveling up. All of them hit level 7 and the backpack goes from 60 to 70.
This is Fact. This is what has happened over a long period of time.
Until today.
So I made the post to see if it was an intentional change or if it was a BUG.
Seems like it's a bug.

Its 400 gold. Not gonna worry about a ticket. But I do want to bring it to their attention if its a bug.
