Guessing Game: How much will the Skyshards cost?

With the Elsweyr Update, Skyshards will be sold in the Crown Store.
We can already check that system out on the PTS. There is no "All Skyshards"-Bundle available, you have to buy them per zone, which is what made me suspect ZOS is going for a very high price with those if you decide to buy all of them for a new character, because all those zones will surely add up to a lot.
I would love to see them reasonably priced, but because of former crown store pricing for convenience items, I don't expect that to be the case.
Mundus stones cost 4000 crowns each, for it to really be a timesaver you need to have at least two or three, that's 8000-12000 crowns.
As another example, if you want to fully upgrade your mount via the crown store, you will need to pay 18k crowns, I can't imagine the skyshards being cheaper than that.
What do you think how much Skyshards will cost if you buy ALL OF THEM? And what would you think would be a fair price?

✭✭✭✭✭My guess would be about 500 crowns per zone (if they actually want to sell these things). My actual estimate is around 1500 crowns per standard zone with the larger zones around 2000 crowns. A full unlock for one character would be over 30,000 crowns and well out of a price range that most sane people would want to pay on a per character basis. Remember, this isn't a convenience that players just automatically unlock for each new character. This is a luxury that we are probably expected to use on a few zones here or there to finish things off. Or I suppose if you have loads of disposable income, you can drop $300 per toon to max it.0 -

I think it will be like riding lessons. The people who buy them will buy a set or two to get started on speed or so, and do the rest manually.
For skyshards, I think the intention is to back-fill a character with a zone or two worth of skyshards so they can round up a build. Not have access to all skyshards via the crown store.
So somewhere between 1500-2000 crowns per zone with 15 skyshards would be my guess.The Moot Councillor0 -

Have an feeling they will focus on this as either you need some skyshards fast or its whale bait.Grinding just make you go in circles.

Yep. No matter what it costs, it'll be too high for someone.
(Personally, I can't imagine ever buying them - gathering them is easy enough. But, then, I also have a hard time believing anyone wastes crowns on riding lessons, which are also easy to do in game. /shrug)

If we're lucky and the zones with 3-6 go for something like 500-1000, 12-16 2000-2500 and the 3(probably 4 with Elsweyr) of 17/18 3000-3500 we might get a new alt fully done for around 70k crowns if you had all of the achievements done. Probably be closer to 85k-90k.
