I wonder if OP is talking about an actual zerg or players searching around a keep for any stragglers after they win a battle.
Zergs tend to not waste their time for one guy. Many at a keep after a battle will search and kill those hiding around in the area. Very different that what OP is trying to say.

Really, you don't know. Perfect demonstration here, literally happens all the time.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGuK0pGxHzI

See enemy, kill enemy, move on.
People feel confident in large groups when the enemies a smaller number. So why not chase you down? It's easy AP and stops you from being a problem to our objectives for a short time.
but yeah all bowtards need to be ult dumped then bagged
what makes 10-20 coordinated group players (like ball groups or guilds) chase down one guy endlessly? what goes through their mind when they are chasing down one person like that, i don't under stand?
I edited OP a bit for a new question.

Ok, possibly not the right thread to ask but the quote is here so I'll ask (and I am trying to understand, and I haven't done PvP so indulge me).
Snipe (bowtards apparently), this is frowned upon? It's a legitimate ranged attack, part of the game, other classes have ranged attack. Why is this frowned upon in PvP when I've consistently seen the explanation of 'it's war, everything goes' (notably during the PvP festival event when PvE buffet was on the menu).

What goes through their mind? 1 more kill for the quest. Guys, Cyrodiil PVP was not designed for a few good players to duel each other. It's supposed to for the average player to join up in large army combat. It's not supposed to be a solo experience.

Took them a while to realize they had a red in their midst.
Didn't end too well for me once they realized. lol
