Your entire post is wrong, either you've never played a brand new mmo before, or oyu're just one of the many people that go into a new game and do nothing but say how bad it is and how much you hate it, quit for six months com back play it for years and brag that's you've been here from the start lol. I love seeing threads like this.

Because people act like having glitches and bugs during launch is a new thing.

But I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt where it is still the first few weeks.
I know a big issue is lack of communication between customers and CS, but the game is still new and ZOS is new to MMOs. So instead of expecting a reply within seconds of submitting your tickets (and subsequently clogging the queue by entering six more tickets in a day or so), do something else. Now people who have been waiting four or five or more days for a reply, yeah, go ahead and send another ticket in case the original one got lost in the tide. But people who have submitted a ticket and then turn around and demand blood when they get no reply the next day? Just calm down and keep in mind you're not the only person playing the game; there are likely hundreds of tickets in queue before yours. ZOS has a limited number of CS people compared to the millions of people playing.
I've noticed something while reading various Zone chats and forum posts:
1. Everybody has a GTX 780, 16gb of RAM, and SSD's.
2. Everybody who has frame rate issues, game lock up issues, and lag, uses these types of components.
I have concluded, either people lie about hardware specs, or there is some serious problem with this game - functioning on those specific cards.
Since I must give the benefit of the doubt to the people with the problems, I can only say I am glad I use a Laptop with 8 gigs of RAM and a Radeon HD 8750M video card, with a Core i5 3230M. Since, I can run with everything cranked to the max - while streaming with OBS to Twitch.tv. (I lie here, I have to turn off water reflection and put shadows to low, to get over 40 fps while streaming.)
So, rather than blaming the game - and saying "the problem is not on my end", perhaps you might consider the following:
1. Don't invest in the latest technology, as soon as it's available and expect it to be bug free (this goes for both hardware, and software)
or
2. Stop lying, and post your real system specs so the dev's have something honest to work with when trying to fix things.

What I want to ask, does anyone have any common sense anymore or any trouble shooting skills or are people just to lazy and just blame manufactures and developers?
Seriously society is becoming a joke, to many whiny brain dead morons that can't think for themselves.
If i offended anyone then you probably fit into the category above.
With that said I'm actually enjoying this game a lot, yes i have run into a few bugs but generally a log out or cancelling the quest and re-doing it fixes it. Lag? haven't experienced any at all and I'm like 10 miles away from the server. Graphically the game runs fine maxed out.
Everyone else have fun!

Seriously this has been going on Since last July (when I first got into the beta). But at that point there werent alot of quests available. But when they rolled them out in the August and Sept and on betas they were bugged the same then as they are now. All betas (except for a few of the last ones) they claimed to have fixed them, they were never fixed, restarting the server just let the few people who got to them first do them before they bugged out again. The common theory was that phasing was causing it. Plausible i suppose but in those early betas there werent more than a few hundred people around. But it did get worse as more people played.
It isnt the bugs per se it is the fact that almost a year later these things still are bugged. So if they couldnt fix them with weeks and months of downtime in the beta phase what makes people think now that the game is live, and is suffering other major issues these bugs will be fixed now?
When they take the servers down for maintenance is your best shot if you can get back on before anyone else does and hope you get to the bugged ones before they break again.
But really it isnt any surprise with Bethesda with no modders fixing their broken games this is what you get.
