Need something a bit more unique out side of mindless mob mashing for a takeover... more pestilence, plagues and diseases to run rampant and timers to save towns and kingdoms from full blown pandemic extinction level outbreaks to "bring order in to nirn" for the Taskmaster's takeover.

He had the absolute smallest role in all of the elder scrolls games and wasn't even mentioned in Morrowind.
In skyrim, he had one pathetic 3 minute quest line.
