Mark being able to shut down a NB's cloak isn't new. It used to reveal for a full 30 seconds with a 1 time cost which was plenty of time to apply pressure of all sorts to the target and was really annoying; NB at the time didn't have the mitigation tools it has today to help counter Mark and it was essentially a "You are dead" sign. When they nerfed it down to 5 seconds, it became practically useless since any good NB could easily avoid being marked for 5 seconds (if they ever fix Shade, this will be even easier). Making it free doesn't instantly make that 5 seconds any more effective than before because it gives you an incredibly short window of opportunity to work with. You have 5 seconds before the reveal wears off, in which case, you've either killed them and if not, you waste a GCD to remark, giving them time to recover, or mark wears off and they escape.

That doesn't sound OP at all and before you try to bring up the entire "but the major resistances debuff" argument. Stamblade had Surprise attack up until Elsweyr doing that and Magblade had E-Drain, an equally free skill that provided Major Breech AND Minor Magicka Steal. Let's also not forget that Grim Focus just got some extra mitigation added to it, something that actually helps directly counteract the debuffs because it gets progressively better the lower your resistances are and I'm afraid there's much merit left for that argument.

Radiant Magelight should be free, too.
