Trouble logging in - Error 103

    Same here, It's been smoothest play so far. ESO should take a notice, and finally upgrade their servers.

    Are you saying that PC EU might need an upgrade to handle the player base? :) Don't give ZOS any ideas, they might actually do something one day.

    This is why i think they scam EU players and ddint change anything about servers.

    I have two accounts one of them i can log in and the other is steam which i can't.

    EU Server seems to be working now! Be quick! Everybody rush in right now at the same time and lets crash it again :p (btw. Logged in via Steam)

    I have discovered the problem.....!

    The server is up.
    Their server goes down.....
    The server comes back up again.
    The server goes down......
    The server is back up again.

    I think they bought a yo-yo instead of a new server !

    Definitely seems to be a yo-yo! I'm currently getting 1fps and 999+ ping again and waiting to be kicked. My friend is still online without issues.

    I logged in when it was possible and have been playing (just questing) some time w no problems. Load times are like from some other game, 1-2s instead of half minute+.

    Me and a mate were in, he logged out when we took a smoke break to save the timer on his exp scroll and now he's getting error 103, failed to obtain server connection information :(

    Just got kicked to desktop having been online all day.

    I swear, the lag is so bad, they shut the servers down hours ago and it’s only just affecting me.

    The solution does seem ridiculously simple - lots of players = lots of server demand, so upgrade the servers.

    And stop serving up the bull

    How did I cancel my subscription from the queues? With the money they put in their pockets they are not able to offer a service worthy of their game what a shame !!!

    Just thought I'd do my event ticket pickup and a little questing, but I also keep getting the 103 Error... >.>

    Edit: I just realized this seems to be a problem since early this afternoon? O.o And it hasn't been fixed yet? >.>

    Cant Login, cant play in prime time due to horrifying Performance in cyro. Cant go BGs cause queue is broken and after 1 hour of accepting i am still not in a BG.....

    But ye, just release more content.... You remember giving us BGs? We cant play them in prime time.... Queue is noooooottttt working.

    I managed to do crafting dailies on 3 alts, being kicked out after each one, and now I'm back to error 103.

    22:03 local time, after more then 8 hours now, still not able to log-in to the all NEW EU-server,
    the one with all the "new" hardware and the software update....................

    time has come to skip my sub, was nice 5 years which I really enjoyed, but
    I have to take care of me and my money and spend there were i can enjoy what I am paying for...........
    here there is definitely NO interest giving a payer and player any enjoyable experience anymore,
    no need to beg for my stuff, I will not try to login any time, tired of frustrating experiences..........

    Error 103

    Failed to obtain server connection information.

    EDIT:
    It is now 2:21am in the UK and I am STILL having the same trouble. No one has informed my client it is meant to be fixed now!!

    Same here… *103 Error*..! Can't log in atm..!

    I still have 3h 50min left for my daily reward to claim :neutral: … Guess I'll miss this one and won't get any compensation for it :angry: … Worst case will be that I'll even miss out on the Event-Tickets and therefore will be 2 tickets short at the end of the event, since I guess if that happens there won't be a compensation for that too.?!

    Yeah, funny thing - No compensation given for event time lost / daily rewards lost / event tickets lost / PAID ESO+ TIME LOST

    Nice, no event tickets today and a little twink, until yesterday happy about the 5k AP, login reward, now crying himself into sleep... :'(
