"some" they always make it sound like there are 4 poor players per million who have issues.. but they are willing to help! again! and again!

if they just took server down for the 2hrs they initially said maybe they would of fixed it, instead it feels like one of them is on phone to a tech support centre in middle of nowhere while another i "wiggling and unplugging cables" and putting them back, restarting the server, phoning tech sup back "nope that didnt work" unplug from the wall leave 10mins try again............ect ect ect

The bit the really grates is that the server has been up and down like a yo-yo but zero communication from ZoS in over 3hours...

This error will generally occur when the megaserver is down for maintenance or during an outage. You can check to see your server's status on our Service Alerts page.
Because this error can also occur in moments of extraordinarily high login volumes, if you receive the "Error 103" message when the server is online, we recommend waiting for a period of 10 minutes and then attempting to login again.

so was the server upgrade a lie?

Face the fact, if this was in NA server, problem was fixed in less than 30m with every 5m the devs telling something on forums. but we are EU players, the megaserver with the most players and more money for them by the logic. what zos do? treat the EU players like ''secondary'' or inferior priority than NA servers, that's what makes me sad

maybe you're lucky one, looks like we need lucky to play ESO and that's main reason why im just casual player today..,From end game player to simple casual player...Too much crap happens at PC-EU server in last year, too much for me...

Lies and more lies is what we get. We pay for this game, we pay for eso+ and for dlcs and expansions... we pay but we can't play.

EU players deserve some explanation and the thruth of what was done or is planning to be done to our server. No more empty words with double meaning, stop treating us like idiots please!

I swear every mmo from american companies I played it seemed like NA server always got it better, be it better servers or getting updates first than EU etc... disgusting!
