I really hope this event gives ZOS a good reason to make a PvE only campaign and I hope they do. Keeps PvE players and PvP players happy because they will never have to cross paths again.

I wonder if it would, theoretically, take some load off of the pvp stuff and the bad ping and just general wonkiness if they didn't have so much pve stuff also in pvp land. like having to load the pve quests doing things on the server and stuff. IDK if pve quests should be taken OUT of pvp and put onto a pve server but.

I didnt get farmed, just was killed few times by different more exp player for me as I well...play *** stamplar to everything while had longer break from pvp but still had enough mind and skill to not being farmed by arrogant mid level pvpers
more and I was trying to help pvers in towns against noobs ganking on the and well....while every normal mid pvp noob was harder to kill for me all I needed to do against noob gankers was 1button spam - jabs lol, against jsut nb gankers ganking and literally 1shotting pvers - this is showing all skill of those pvpers farming pvers
to back the only problem which I had against nongankers it was jsut thing of playing stamplare and have literally no exp about this class in pvp xD so gg

and tbh as farming newies and pvdoor are simliar with gaining ap then....then you cleary are toxic person prefering to make suffer other players which are just worse at this one thing than you as you was farming pvers and this seems you wont to do anything special to any other mid pvper which have small amount of exp from pvp

ins tarted posts you was cleary describing your skill on pvp happy from killing pve crybabies which have literally no knowledge about pvp so against someone with knowledge about pvp you would have hard time to even stay alive I suppose

Your only rebuttal is “hurrrrrrr you kill pve’ers so clearly u have no PvP skill and ur bad.” No maybe I just like seeing reactions like these because it’s funny, so many snowflakes get so upset they resort to personal attacks over a video game, which I find hilarious.
Also I wish I made a ganker just to 2 shot people and cloak away to safety, but I didnt feel like grinding a character just for a week long event tbh.

First off your grammar is absolutely atrocious. Secondly. the fact that you think jab spamming would kill anyone with thums just proves you’d be another easy kill since you probably have no thumbs. And finally I’m glad you’d gain self affirmation by trying to kick me from dungeons even though I normally just do dungeons with 3 other friends so good luck with that, and yes my forum name is my GT but I doubt we’re on the same platform unless you’re on xbox

Which is kind of funny because the fewer people doing zone-based PvP, the less incentive ZOS has for making it a priority.

It seems to me that PVE players are always complaining about fake tanks and now real ones too.

Exactly This!

Those PVEing for Boxes should at least respect that it is a PVP zone, for PVPing in, and help their faction out with the map too.
Those only doing PVE are just taking up a valuable spot in a campaign (if it is population locked at-least) that has been ongoing already for a week or more and has a scoring system.
It's nice to be nice, but it's also nice to do your part too. Respect the PVPers and they (most of them anyway) will respect you back and let you quest in peace.

Considering the exact same thing happened last year's Anniversary, and the last Midyear Mayhem, and the Midyear Mayhem before that, and ZOS changed nothing, I'm not as hopeful as you.

ZOS consistently expects players to do ALL of the content if they want ALL of the rewards, and doesn't seem too intent on changing the town designs (except to add even more reasons to fight at Crops, Vlast, and Bruma.)

Last year it wasn't so... intense, I never met groupd of more than 3 players going after questers, maybe I was just lucky though.

Hopefully some players had fun and want to pvp more often. I remember being hooked after coming to Cyrodiil to do a guild skyshard run and seeing a keep siege. It was an epic sight!

Im a true blue Pvp'er, I loved every minute of my time in cyrodil this week! i did my town questing in Sheogorath and i think i saw maybe 5 other souls there the entire time! I cant wait for mid year mayhem so i can go back again!!!

If I decide, or with a group that decides that we want to take bruma and DC, I make no apologies for killing anyone in the way. You could be defending the place as far as I know. So no apologies - it's war.

People going to dead campaigns to kill pve players is kinda sad. But, I don't think the amount of complaint threads here was really warranted. I did lose sympathy a bit. Everyone always bangs on about PvP players whining but the amount of salt this week from pve players has been crazy.
