Elsweyr Tutorial - only 2 skill points rather than the 3 from others

After completing the Elsweyr tutorial I only have 2 skill points. In the previous tutorials you get 3 by the end.

That is true, if you skip it you do get all 3. Which seems like a problem since you come out of the tutorial at the same level as you would be if you skipped it, yet are 1 skill point short. Not an issue in the long term really, but for a low level character it means you cannot get the first skill from all 3 class lines right away.1 -

Yeah, there appears to be a bug with the tutorial rewards.
