Elsweyr Tutorial - only 2 skill points rather than the 3 from others

After completing the Elsweyr tutorial I only have 2 skill points. In the previous tutorials you get 3 by the end.

ZOS: It seems our playerbase doesn't want skill points from the tutorial anymore.

The extra skillpoint isnt granted by the tutorial. @enodoc i believe said for elsweyr, the extra skillpoint is only granted if you skip it

That is true, if you skip it you do get all 3. Which seems like a problem since you come out of the tutorial at the same level as you would be if you skipped it, yet are 1 skill point short. Not an issue in the long term really, but for a low level character it means you cannot get the first skill from all 3 class lines right away.

Yeah, there appears to be a bug with the tutorial rewards. The quest doesn't reward the Skill Point or the Forgotten Adventurer's Strong Box, but you do get both of these if you skip the tutorial instead.

i noticed that too. for the sake of fairness - and symmetry - it ought to be there whether you do the tutorial or not.
