It is rather depressing that the ticket processing is slowed to the point that a simple subscription payment can't be accomplished.

04/10/14 - Bought digital Imp Edition directly on 3/5/14. Hadn't been able to play since launch.
Finally got a callbackemail after 62+ hrs. Asked for a refund. Got a 1-day code instead. -_- Heh.

Yeah, if I try to log in I just get a notification that my account does not have a subscription, and that I should go renew one.
I've periodically checked the order page to see if it has been fixed to provide the PaySafeCard option, but all that is there is Visa/MasterCard/Amex.
Even if I could borrow someone else's credit card to subscribe, I would still need help from Support to change my account name over to the cardholder name without getting banned.
No options available to me but to wait. No game access until it sorts out.
Meanwhile, my girlfriend's account timer is counting down daily while she waits for me so we can continue questing together.

Submit Emails, I usually get a response within 24 hours.
However, I'm sure they're slammed with calls and emails. What can you really expect this early on??
