24+ hours waiting for Customer Support -- Is anyone out there getting call backs?
Submitted my ticket yesterday morning, but have yet to hear any word from support.
I'm waiting for someone to help me set up a subscription, because the PaySafeCard option is not showing up for my account. All I want is to get my 90 day subscription set up and get back to playing.
I have a digital edition, so I'm not waiting on a delivery or anything -- just support.
Am I all alone on this? What should I do? =/
