24+ hours waiting for Customer Support -- Is anyone out there getting call backs?

Submitted my ticket yesterday morning, but have yet to hear any word from support.

I'm waiting for someone to help me set up a subscription, because the PaySafeCard option is not showing up for my account. All I want is to get my 90 day subscription set up and get back to playing.
I have a digital edition, so I'm not waiting on a delivery or anything -- just support.

Am I all alone on this? What should I do? =/

    How unfortunate.
    When I had sought to place my initial preorder, they responded quickly and were polite and helpful.
    Now that I want to set up a subscription and play after official release they seem to be understaffed.

    been waiting 2 days have 5 refrence #'s zero call backs with my account frozen due to not being able to set up a sub. This is redic for customer support. Thier motto "WE WON'T BE PASSING OFF YOUR TICKET TO A DWEMER AUTOMATON. REAL, LIVE HUMANS WITH HOPES AND DREAMS OF BECOMING EMPEROR WILL RECEIVE YOUR HELP TICKET. PLEASE BE KIND." Yet nothing, atleast if u have a phone# to call for support and have to wait 4 hrs atleast its done here u have to take there word and assume they will call u back. This feels like Rift all over again. I can get over having to set up a sub and what not but waiting over 2 days with no response to do so when i have 30 days of included time is very upsetting.

    I got 4 customer support mails today, last one about 90 minutes ago where they promised me to help with the pre order items that are missing. So yes they are working on our problems.

    This is basically my feelings as well.
    Except I also feel distressed, because my girl has already registered her subscription and her timer is counting down while she waits on me to be able to continue playing with her again.

    I got a pm from on forum moderator the other day saying I was in queue for phone support. Been nearly 24 hours since then with no call.

    They already got your money so they aren't going to call you back. I've sent in 4 and I haven't gotten anything back yet. Not even some automated email that you would expect from most places. They could at least give me a false sense of hope by sending me that.

    Submitted a ticket 4 days ago. Got the initial "give us this info to access the account" an hour after submission, not a word since.
    Submitted a call back request 30 hours ago, no call back received as of yet.

    This is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They have even surpassed ComEd for poor customer service. (if you have ComEd and have lost power before, you know what I mean...)

    it is 7PM im on the west coast i am now entering my 3rd day of no response of any kind to my call back not even an automated E-mail to apologizing for not getting to me atleast if i got that i would know that they are working thier call back Q's. Ive worked in my share of call centers my GF currently works for the costco call center i understand when your call Q's get swamped but they always get cleared.This is by far the worst customer care ive seen in awhile there isn't even an offical post to say an offical post will come to address these issues its just sad that i as much as i want to play this game this is slowly eating my excitement i had and turning it into regret of even purchasing the pre-order/deluxe edition and im sure im not alone losing subs by the day just for this non sense

    I've received an automated E-Mail to my call back request stating and i Quote "We understand some of our customers have experienced issues related to logging into the game, trouble redeeming game keys, a variety of technical issues including error codes, patcher/launcher issues, and setting up subscriptions. We believe that we have resolved these issues and see that you have been able to log into the game." Yet i have not logged in since early release on sunday april 6 2014

    I received the same e-mail.
    I wrote a very detailed explanation of my issue and explained that I still cannot log in to game until I set up a subscription.
    I got a reply in less than an hour letting me know my response was forwarded to the appropriate people.

    Still waiting on help and a solution.

    6 days for my issue to be rectified, still waiting.

    But I've only submitted one ticket. Lots of people are submitting multiple tickets because they think their first one wasn't recieved. This is why the queue is much longer than it should be.

    I am at 36 hours and holding for a phone call. Have sent numerous e-mails and just 12 minutes ago I got some role playing clown telling me to do all sorts of stupid things to my comp to fix what is clearly ZOS problem. Since so called security patch I have been continously locked out of my account due to ISP address change. They send me a code ten times now I have done this and the codes never work. Now my husband is having same problem. We have two Imp Eds and signed up for 180 sub that has been dumped for a 1 mos just to be able to use the 30 days. that is if I can get this constant query for login and actually get into game.

    called gamestop, they gave me zenimax's #. gonna call them later.

    *points down at signature* All I've gotten since Sunday is a bunch of calls from a "breather" with a Texas area-code. Ick.
    04/10/14 - Bought digital Imp Edition directly on 3/5/14. Hadn't been able to play since launch.
    Finally got a callback email after 62+ hrs. Asked for a refund. Got a 1-day code instead. -_- Heh.
    Pending decision: one more chance or go stuff yourselves.
