im so done...literally...no diversity in terms of tanks...you wanna heal u play templar...u wanna tank...u play dk...u want dd? u go sorc...cuz even mag/stamblade now got rekt so hard...
an interesting change of this would had been 4.5% of max health but drastically reduce the cost and make it be on cast with no lingering effect...and when I say drastically for a 1500 heal I mean 800 mana/cast...whoever did this change I swear it never thought it through

If they do this change I guess no point in taking it on my nb tank...not that I need it for the average tanking, but 35% heal is nice as oh *** button...
To be honest, NB healing and tanking was too niche and it will be abandoned entirely with 5.0.0. Don't get me wrong, I really wished a NB tank which is on the same league as DK. Magma Shell alone makes the DK the best tank, especially in 1T 3DD hardmodes.Analysis

What youre not getting is Nightblade now will be the only class with no burst heal for tanking.

everyone has complained and begged so much that nightblade is now a tank class and begging for more heals.
we need an assassin stealth cloak casting class in eso.i love stealth and casting invisibility, but because its been destroyed, nightblade just doesnt cut it.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but I can tank 1T 3DD vDLC HMs on my nightblade right now, no magma shell needed. And that's because I have Dark Cloak - I know I can get 32% of my max HP back in 3 seconds and I can manage my health and resources around that. With the nerf, it's going to be nearly impossible to do this without investing a lot of bar space into healing abilities, because with my health pool, cloak will heal me for about the same amount per second as Leeching Strikes. This is exactly why NB tanks are pissed. We finally had decent survivability in difficult PVE content, not needing to rely on healer support in encounters where you simply must outheal incoming damage by yourself (and I don't mean 3DD vDLC HMs, since those are technically designed to require a healer; I mean encounters like Ozara backroom, Serpent backroom, tanking the Z'Maja shade in the portal in vCR, tanking z'Maja on vCR+123, etc), and ZOS is about to ruin that.
