    Just go into game and talk to the shady cat.

    By that, I mean, you don't have to do anything on the site. Just go to where you open crown crates.

    Hi, thank you for responding. I do that (have done that). I'm in game right now. I hit f3 (crown crates) and the shady cat just suggests I buy some crates. There are no crates to open.

    EDIT: SOLVED. Apparently I have two accounts. :expressionless:
