deadsheepb14_ESO✭✭✭Hi, thank you for responding. I do that (have done that). I'm in game right now. I hit f3 (crown crates) and the shady cat just suggests I buy some crates. There are no crates to open.
EDIT: SOLVED. Apparently I have two accounts.
