I've dealt with all of the points you raised regarding recent nerfs to my main DK, not looking forward to the wings nerf but it will still be of some use, swings & roundabouts. It will basically now a shield.

The thing that killed my DK was the light armor passive, changing from cost reduction to reducing snare effectiveness. I can no longer sustain in PvP or PvE.

The only reason I'm still playing is because it's my main and I am determined to make it work.

Can't people just hold their breath with these threads for three more days? Then PTS starts and we get lots of balance changes to classes. Then everyone is allowed to complain again. But what purpose does it serve to yell now when ZOS already said that they'll rebalance it all?

Still doesnt Change the fact that with somewhat recent changes sorc has qqued more than dk.

I have a much better idea for the wings problem. Leave the wings as it be. But make them only reflect 1-2 shot. And make a bit more costlier. Everybody gets what he want.

GIVE ME MY ROCK PAPER SCISSORS SYSTEM BACK, 50% DAMAGE MITIGATION FROM ALL RANGED DAMAGE SOURCES (including force pulse as well which previously went through wings btw.) DOESNT CUT IT.

Not everybody. Just make invis last 2-4 time less and cost much than. The same for strick and pets to sorc.

We never have protection from all ranged damage. Only projectiles. I do not use projectiles for example and have no problem with mag dk wings for example. Why not to do the same? Not enough game exp?

What do they really have to cry about stamblades are one of top pvp and pve class. Magblade are one of top pve class but does need some help open world and pvp.

1) its mostly NB that cryied about wings and well, for some build it just totaly counter NB.

2) I wouldn't call it a straight nerf since in many situation it will be bether then the old version. Yeah its sad it's not as iconic as it used to be. Its only a straight nerf in 1 vs 1.

If return 4 projectiles is o everpovered - to be immortal is even more ov erpovered. Impossible to see and kill > return 4 projectiles. Just wait.

Every class has specific people listing grievances. That's fine. I am one of the (if not) most vocal people talking about Magden's issues. I'm sorry that you're getting one of your cool skills reworked. But stop scapegoating on magsorc. Or anyone for that matter. You know why? wings seriously hurts projectile gameplay. if your build is based around projectiles say even a bowblade. all someone needs to do to counter it is throw up wings. i'm not for snipe being the way it is fyi.

The buff changing to a big percentage decrease to all projectile damage for a couple of seconds may even be better for 1vX because there's no limit to the projectiles from what we have seen. although that's been subject to change. Warden's Shimmering Shield is also pretty powerful and may even need a nerf on the major heroism duration, however it lets through stuns and negative effects and is tied to a "durability system" if projectiles hit hard enough it's a bit of counterplay. EVEN STILL it's really strong and it might even be changed next patch too as it's pretty closely tied to DK Wings. All i'd ask is for in return at the moment is more work done on winter's embrace's underperforming morphs to rework them into functional and interesting frost damage skills for magden. So-far your class seems to be getting an interesting and functional rework to molten whip as far as i can see which is more than what warden's gotten in the past. I'm looking at you arctic blast.

Well, as far as I remember sorc (read: everyone that used a shield) qq started when the changes hit the pts, not half a month early without even seeing the rest of the patch notes.

But all jokes aside. This patch seems to be a big turn around for many skills and classes (or st least I hope so). Let’s wait and see what more is in stock for DKs. If they *** up in the notes, then start to complain and I’m all on your side.
But seeing half a dozend threads filled with salty tears, pushed by the same 4-5 dks, before we even know ***, before any testing could even happen, quickly turns an otherwise reasonable debate into something that honestly seems like qq indeed. And the scapegoating in the OP + our succubus owning saltknight really make me grab cheese and enjoy the whine.

@dem0n1k I complain about wings as a Mageblade...but not on the forum. I just go "welp, not fighting that" and move along. I believe every build should have a weakness and strength over another and my weakness are wings on DKs so whatever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Should not change wings.

Streak got nerfed so hard that nobody use it anymore outside of nods farming.

But I do agree that invis should get the streak treatment and get its cost increased by twice every cast also. If infitnite escape is OP for sorc I can understand it could be the same for NB.
