Hi everyone, we can confirm this was an intentional change that occurred last week, only on PC EU. You may remember we ran into some server issues that were affecting things like guild functionality, friends lists, and even queuing, and shortening the amount of data from the guild history was the quickest way to alleviate this issue. This change is only temporary until we implement a fix, which we’re working on getting into a future incremental patch. Once the fix is published, we plan to go back to the regular 10 day guild history. Apologies for the inconvenience this may be causing.

In that case, can you please consider turning at least the bank history back to 10 days right now? I understand that the sales history may cause performance problems thanks to addons like MM and ATT polling them, but the bank history is not affected by them and this is not just an inconvenience. This is an absolute no-go. Most GMs and officers I had contact with are missing the donations data for last week due to this.

Well at least there is some response, but honestly, the servers are still being rubbish. Surely there was a better way to fix the issue than screwing every EU guild? Well its done now, but hopefully we get a fix asap, and dont have to wait until next monday for the weekly patch "/

Maybe if removing some data from the database alleviates this fix a compromise can be met.

How about changing to 7 days info so trading guilds can still function properly

Yup, I took a hit on that one as we update guild payments eyc every week which means we lost some info. Had to do some lateral decision making on players who either had or hadn't paid their guild fees, but it's ok, we shall survive

For many travellers the trading is Tamriel.

Trading guilds are the lifeblood of the system and many guildmasters and officers put a great amount of work into making sure they run effectively.

Good traders prize their rank and rewards. Trading guilds need to be able to identify and retain those good traders.

To do this they need the trading history for the last week, at least, at their fingertips. This is essential information. There is no alternative way to manage a trading guild.

This is as big an issue as if the whole of Cyrodiil sank into the ocean or perhaps if two or more of the big raid things, Khajiit does not know their names, did not drop any rewards at all any more.

This is really damaging many travellers experience of life in Tamriel right now.

So basically the EU server is too small, has too little storage & needs a total overhaul...
& You EU players can suffer until enough quit

Santie, a lot of thanks for addressing and saying this. As long as I have been maintaining trade guilds and speaking up on the forums about different issues, it always felt as if Zos doesn't adress them especially since the feedback of the rest of the community is low. The amount of people willing to bring and keep communities together is low compared to those people beeing in it, which ends up with a lack of interest for those issues, since only a low amount of people even cares. Still those people doing a job for zos as well, bcs communities, where people come together as well as the Ingame financials have influence on wether people stay in the game or leave. Even if the game is lacking of content, people will stay for their friends as well as general opinion about financials coming from tho oh so hated trade guilds should be heard, too fast access to gold helps clearing content faster and getting bored from the game. We all paid over years and did a job for zos and instead of hitting into our back, to better be able to leach money from new players, it would be fine after all, next to mentioned problem to not only stick plasters on the pc EU server issues, but to find a really working long term solution. Obviously pc na server didn't have those problems while that kind of events, it keeps me wondering why...

So Arkadius Trade Tools is still tracking, so I risked ranking this week, But really @ZOS_GinaBruno can we please at least have 7 days?! The impact of 2 days data isn't going to be huge. Can we please have some sort of time frame on this being fixed? It is totally screwing the Guilds, I can't even run the lottery in my social Guild "/

Looks like the Activity Log is finally back at the 10 day limit. My '/mm missing' earlier went up to 10 days as well.
