If this is intentional, it's ridiculous. It might explain why I had an unusual amount of mails about kicks/warnings when members have apparently donated/sold "/

The cause is apparently last Mondays patch, which isn't live on consoles yet.

wut? did u ever REALLY use that pages and recognized, that there was an [e] button below that window which tells u to press e to load more data? it only loads first page normally, and then u press [e] to open more pages. but those pages are limited for sales and donation/bank history to 5 days now instead of 10 days pre monday patch.

this is really bad for trade guilds, bcs it makes it harder to track the weekly income. and just for zos to repeat it: most trade guilds make balances from bid to bid, so one week, 7 days, sunday to sunday. one week isnt 5 days....

Yeah it basically makes it impossible to run a 7day sales trading quota. And its not just the pages, if my addons cant see sales or donations from days 6 & 7, i cant see them, and then i end up kicking people, who understandably get mad when theyve met the quota. Just No. We need an answer on this right away. Its not exactly something that can wait

I honestly hope this is but a bug in the game and not intentional. Trade guilds, and other guilds who use weekly lottery NEED to see more than a week's history.

We can't see our full sales, we can't see total donations, we can't use the lottery.

While I can understand why it might had taken a while to notice this bug, it is so important for the bug to be fixed. Trading guilds cannot function this way.

Actually, never noticed the (E).

Now I get data going back 10 days for sales in my social guild. I do not have the time or patience to go back that far in my trading guild. I think it took me 10-15 presses of "E" just to get back to 1 day ago.

(Edit: I continued on and the furthest back my main trading guild goes is apparently to the end of 1 day for sales. After that, the "E" disappears.)

(Edit again: after a minute or so, the "E" returned...)

(Final edit: this is too boring. Takes several seconds to load the next set of data, and I noticed that sometime in the middle of "2 days", which took about 5 hours* to get to, the display of the data became corrupted and it stopped telling me all the information.)

hmm maybe zos limited the entries of sales by numbers for sales, so ur social guild has so low numbers of sales, i can safe longer. i dont know... but here on pc eu a couple of gm recognized a 5 days limitation.

Not knowing anything about how the addons get that data, it does occur to me that how they are getting the data is something that needs to be looked at. It might be that there are more than 5 days of data, but something is happening to make the addon think that it is done retrieving data.

My trading guild is an order of magnitude more busy than my social guild. Probably more than that. Still, my social guild almost always has a trader, so it is not like this is all trades between guild members.

My own bank history for my own guild goes back 9 days.

it worked before with 10 days as well, for years. saving some data may be a goal, but not like this. so yes, its clueless and shows how low the insight of the devs into ingame habits and patterns truly is.

Report the bug to ZOS, if you feel there is one. If it is a bug, and they want to fix it, they will.

We can also ask a large trade guild GM, like @hiyde, to see if they are seeing data after 5 days being removed. Like I said, two guilds where I have access to bank or sales history are showing 9 and 10 days, not 5 days.

I suspect it is something they changed as part of their fix for the EU guild chat lag issue on Monday. That's why NA players like Lordrichter still see 10 days. We can just hope they'll revert it as swiftly as they put it in place tomorrow.

I suggest we all keep posting on this. Keep it active. This needs fixing IMMEDIATELY. Ive already had to cancel two guilds lottery and ranking, and i know another guild has too. I don't understand why this has happened.

I did yesterday, since I know a couple of more community based trading guilds do weekly raffles which might collide with this uncommunicated change. As I heard it seems as it was an intentional change which might be changed back and has been made to face the server issues on pc EU regarding the free eso days. I wouldn't have been minding, if zos communicated that. All those guilds depending on 7 days history at least would have been able to react early enough then. I dislike, how zos goes on treating those people keeping the community/ies together. After 3 or 4years they finally managed and started planning on doing at least something for the guilds, but u still feel, that those people giving in their time to entertain players in eso are still treated like trash.

Nothing yet. I'll check the history later when I get online. I'm kinda mad really. I've now got another guild I have to manually keep donations notes for, until this is fixed. I spend so much more time sorting guilds than gaming, and this is making it even worse
