(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage, adds 129 Weapon Damage
(5 items) When you heal yourself or an ally, summon Cadwell’s noble mount, Honor, who after 2 seconds, casts a healing spell on you and your allies around him that heals for 12800 Health over 4 seconds. When you damage an enemy, summon Cadwell’s noble mount, Honor, who after 2 seconds, explodes, damaging enemies around him for 12800 Magic Damage over 4 seconds. Honor can only be summoned once every 10 seconds.
So a new craftable procset, and by the looks of it one of the most overpowered ones so far. On demand AOE HOT or AOE DOT depending on your need, and it will proc 4 seconds after its effect ends. Because ESO really needs even more powerful procsets.

✭✭✭✭✭have to test it but looks rather like a "funny" set...but why not... i do like proc sets since they mean new / additional animations - thats always nice, especially if its completely new and unique ones such as this1 -
Blinkin8r✭✭✭✭✭That's about 3k damage per second. Damage in PVP cut in half... 1.5k damage per second. 6K damage total across the 4 seconds and then 10 sec cooldown. Add in red CP and heavy armor and you have yourself a non combat pet in PVP that comes to say hi every few seconds. If it were oblivion damage it'd be op but as it is it's far from.II Blinkin II

LordTareq✭✭✭✭✭Maybe I'm biased as I'd rather see every procset removed from the game, the toxin that they are in PvP, but the fact that its on demand, it is flexible in that it can either heal or do damage, and it is AOE, just no. I can already see full battleground teams running this proccing an 8k dps dot on everyone they fight.It has a ten second cooldown? We don't know the range of the AoE? Also, it's a hybrid set?
It procs, spawns the creature, 2 seconds later it does the AOE DOT/DOT, which ticks for 4 seconds, 4 seconds later it procs again.1 -

✭✭This looks like a fun set but neither the dmg portion nor the healing portion seems particularly strong when compared to the meta proc sets. I love that it's craftable so I'll probably play with it in BGs or something for s***s and giggles.1 -

✭✭You also have to remember that if you're dps, any time you heal yourself it will eat the proc for 10 seconds, same with a healer who hits the boss. Meaning that this is effectively useless for dps for sorcs running surge, anyone using crushing weapon, or anyone else with heal as you go mechanics. On top of that, you loose a set buff since its one of the weird fake hybrid split sets. You should wait until there's been a chance to test it before screaming "OMG its so OP!" Personally, I hope this turns out to be a good set, we need some decent crafted sets.3 -

✭✭Everything in this set screams fun but overall useless. Hybrid, stationary, uncontrollable proc(heals and damage, we all do that in all our toons, even if just a little bit). Delayed hit too, after proc, and even then, not that strong. It'll add 12.8k damage over ten seconds, effectively, or heals over 10 seconds, meaning it'll add just as much damage or heals as any other meh set or enchantment around. Nothing OP at all, probably not even useful to anyone but the meat of meme builds.
