Not getting activation code

So i'm trying to log into my account in the ESO site and as always even tho i logged into it from the same pc a million times i need to activate it with a code THAT IS NOT BEING SENT TO MY EMAIL.
I have tried the troubleshooting crap already and it doesnt help, i cant send a ticket because i need the code for that, what the hell am i supposed to do?
