"An-eh-quin-ah", with the stress on the second syllable "eh", IIRC.
But, this is not how I have been pronouncing it for the last ten years and more. And, we all know how bad Americans are at pronouncing foreign place names

It turns out from those new lorebooks in the PTS (and now in-game) that it could actually have been renamed after a certain queen and moon priest of the Ne'Quin-al pride, called Anequina Sharp-Tongue! I wonder what she did to have been worthy of such an honor, or if it was her involvement in the story of those books.0
