Warden is no longer included in The Morrowind pack, the class is now a seperate purchase in the Crown Store, and yes purchasing Elsweyr gives you permanent access to the Necromancer class.

When Elsweyr comes out, I assume the Summerset "Chapter" will become DLC, and the Jewelry crafting feature will be a Crown store purchase.
The Morrowind chapter includes the Morrowind DLC (Vvardenfell zone) and the Warden class.
That is why it is still called "chapter".
Then Morrowind was an chapter you got warden with it. However as it now is an dlc and included in ESO+ they made warden an separate purchase. I assume this is so they have to check for ESO+ status in character creation.Warden is no longer included in The Morrowind pack, the class is now a seperate purchase in the Crown Store, and yes purchasing Elsweyr gives you permanent access to the Necromancer class.
If I remember correctly (haven't played for 2 years), whoever bought Morrowind when it came out got the Warden class as well. But they completely changed that? There's no way to get the Warden class and Morrowind in one pack now?
Do we know if Necromancer is also a limited-time bonus for Elsweyr?

Morrowind which you get via preordering Elsweyr doesn't contain the Warden class.
Morrowind and the Warden class have been separated, Morrowind is considered a DLC now and not counted as a Chapter anymore. The only Chapter at the moment is Summerset up until the moment Elsweyr gets released, then it will become a DLC as well (doesn't mean you get Morrowind and Summerset content by subscribing to ESO+).
If you buy the retail version of Morrowind you still get the Warden class, that's how I did it two months ago when I changed to Xbox. Otherwise the Warden class must be purchased in the Crown Store.

Why is Morrowind still called chapter, then?

If you go into the game and check under "Collectibles" Morrowind is considered a zone DLC and not a Chapter. This is confusing, I agree.

No, I am certain you are wrong.
Standard edition of ESO contains ESO base game and Morrowind chapter, which includes the Warden class.
I bought that very package and I got the Warden class.
Morrowind chapter means Morrowind DLC and Warden class combined. It is only offered in packages sold for real money, not for Crowns.

I am not wrong on what I said in that quote. Go into the game and look it up. Morrowind isn't considered a Chapter anymore under "Collectibles".
The other things... I don't know for sure but it's very confusing and the reason why I bought the Morrowind retail edition because there you have the Warden class for sure.
My question now is: If I (pre)order this 'Standard Edition' with the Morrowind chapter included, will I get permanent access to the Warden class as well? It seems to be excluded nowadays when you buy Morrowind for 3.500 crowns in the Crown Store.
Also, I assume that I get permanent access to the Necromancer class when I buy the Elsweyr chapter, right?
Thanks for your help!

The Morrowind DLC indeed is in collectibles, nevertheless, the Morrowind chapter is not.
As I said, I bought a package containing Morrowind chapter and I did get the Warden class. The Morrowind chapter is NOT the same thing as the Morrowind DLC. Wherever the chapter is offered for sale for real money, it contains both the Vvardenfell zone and the Warden class.

I own the retail version of Morrowind. Morrowind is listed under DLCs when I open Collectibles. Summerset is under Chapter, Morrowind is under DLCs. That's a fact because I see it live in front of me on my TV right now.
The Morrowind DLC is the thing you buy in the Crown Store I think yet with my retail edition of Morrowind it's still listed under DLC. That's the only thing I say.

I pre-ordered the physical collectors edition and it's now listed under DLC for me as well. I'm on console though, so...
