Valid point or not, they are being rude by calling someone's complaint "dumb".

Personally I am going for 30 days extra free game time. And I will get it too. It is all about knowing how to deal with customer service. I am bucking for 30 because I feel early access time cannot in any way be replaced without pushing out global launch, so this is my compromise and an easy sell for a $15 value vs countless hours of wasted support resource time. And yes out of principal I will absolutely do that.

No one wants to read complaints aka whining. They will read constructive criticism or suggestions.
