With the exception of that last one, you'll find what you seek in one or all of those.

That is a bannable offense in every MMO I play, it's called unattended gameplay and all EULAs I've seen ban it.I like to be efficient when achieving the goals I set myself in mmos, if it's allowed i'd like to be able to get a small amount of extra xp towards one of my goals when I leave for the day.

ZOS needs room to be able to evaluate new situations as well as keep an obfuscated area in which people can't game the rules to do things that still violate the spirit of them while not the letter. The internet is full of people wanting to "technically" get away with crappy behavior. Don't be one of them.

Not according the zenimax, maybe you need access to some rules also.
"Please refrain from replying to discussion threads for the sole purpose of “bumping” them. This is considered to be a form of spam because it does not add to the discussion in a constructive or meaningful way."
Even one instance of bumping = spam
As for the two links provided, thanks for the links and for trying to help.
However, neither actually answer any of the points besides perhaps spam, can you think of anywhere else the others might be adressed?
Code of conduct:
1. Only talks about obeying real world laws and that the laws from the real life adventure game apply here.
2. Only talks about character names, being abusive towards people, filter avoiding, staff impersonation and misuse of customer support.
3. Only talks about Impersonating other people and zenimax.
4. Only talks about account sharing, not giving out personal information and not trying to obtain other peoples personal information.
5. Does talk about the use of third party software, but cites examples such as aim-bots/speed hacks etc. So I'm still not sure if making macros to assist gameplay would fall under it or not. It also talks about bug exploiting, not related to my questions.
6. Only talks about distributing custom content.
7. Talks about spam sort-of, am I to assume advertising in-game products and services is acceptable?
EULA:
Doesn't seem to touch on ingame much at all and certainly doesn't answer my questions.
---
I did set up macros (didn't use them for play yet), but I see from the Code of Conduct that it's very possibly not allowed so I've deleted them and removed the program from my computer. More clarity would be nice though.
Nothing at all is said about AFK-Gaining of xp near as I can tell though, going to assume it's allowed unless shown otherwise.
Scamming isn't mentioned either, It's not important though, I just wanted to know if I should be reporting them or not.
Macros isn't answered, but I'll play it safe as it might be considered third party software but then again, so might my Keyboard and Mouse Drivers.
Spam does mention advertising for "real life" products or services isn't allowed, so I'll assume ingame ones are. I'll keep them to 10 minutes between messages anyway (but would no matter the answer as I don't want to annoy people).
---
Most importantly though would be the Macro and AFK XP Gathering clarity though.
Thank you again for your reply!
